Small Business Owner Enigma

Corporations are gobbling up every sector of our economy. Family owned pharmacies are becoming extinct. Convenience stores are all becoming franchised. Even coffee shops are all monotonously redundant. The Funeral service industry is also being consolidated into corporate entities. Not twenty years ago there were still family owned grocery stores. There are still some grocers that are family owned and usually cater to a particular ethnic inventory.
There are still family run bakeries. The pizza shops are probably split between corporate and family owned. Liquor is also a business that retains a lot of private ownership. Once the small business is forced to close the only option for most of the family members is to work for the corporation that squeezed his business out of the market
Manufacturing small businesses, while there as still some remaining are being strangled by the influx of cheap foreign goods. The corporations do provide an income to its employees but the dream, you know the American dream is squeezed out of their soul. The feeling of being ones own employer is priceless compared to the sycophantic behavior demanded by corporate bureaucracy.
When an employee works for a family business after awhile he becomes almost as though part of the family. When that job is lost he simply becomes another employee number in the gears of the administrational behemoth that is the corporate entity of his employment.
Locked into an existence of pathetic pay raises and endless hoping for advancement. Many times watching someone younger and less experience getting promoted instead.
The return of the small business is not only what this country needs. It is also what would be beneficial to other countries throughout the world. There is no greater desire to work then there is when the business is yours. The knowledge that you are creating a legacy for your offspring.
The conundrum is after a few generations of successful businessmen born in the small business legacy. The small business becomes another Goliath rolling over the backs of weaker businesses.

CarFax The Marketing of a Brand

       CarFax has done a great job indoctrinating consumers into thinking that car dealers are under some kind of obligation to provide a CarFax.
       Dealers do not have to solicit the CarFax service, it is totally at their discretion, This does not mean the customer has no right to receive a CarFax it is just saying the dealer does not have to pay for it.  There is nothing stopping a consumer from purchasing their own CarFax.
      If a fast food restaurant advertised that used car dealers should buy you a combo meal every time you purchase a vehicle do you think that obligates the dealer to follow through on another companies advertising campaign.
     If you want to make sure you are purchasing a quality used car then bring it to a mechanic that you trust.  If the dealer has a problem allowing you to have the vehicle inspected by your mechanic prior to sale do not walk away RUN!!!!!
 Another thing to consider is if the dealer is willing to give you a CarFax and pay for your inspection sticker among other so called freebies that dealer is probably charging you a documentary fee on top of the price of your used vehicle.

Is it ok to lie to your kids about Santa

Sure its fun to tell Santa stories to your children. Its even wonderful to watch holiday specials with your children who are anticipating Christmas.
How about if you use Santa all year as like the all seeing entity watching your children always keeping his naughty/nice list up to date. Do you ever wonder if this causes some anxiety in children? Don't forget Santa's watching!!
When a child discovers that his/her parents have been duping them for years into believing in this omnipresents do they have a right to feel betrayed?
Then this same parent punishes you if you get caught in a lie. This would be the grand awakening to hypocrisy.
Does believing that presents magically appear on Christmas morning create a feeling of entitlement in children? Do they ever outgrow this feeling?
Does the overwhelming materialism pervading American society stem from the mystical magical Santa providing gifts out of thin air?
Another thing that is questionable about the whole Santa thing is the used of forced labor camps. Elves are born raised and live for the simple purpose of manufacturing toys and clothes for the benefit of greedy children worldwide.
Now I am not anti Christmas I believe the magic of giving to others is one of the most special experiences you can enjoy. The lack of a need for recognition of the presentation of the gifts is noble and honorable. It is not Christmas I question it is the corporate created Santa that I have a few problems with.

What is going on? Just asking??

Is our government operating correctly??
Is everyone happy with the state of affairs as they are??
What can we do? What can you do??
Does it bother you that you pay taxes to fund programs you vehemently disagree with??
Are you short on money this year??
Whose fault is it?
Do you enjoy buying cheap Chinese products??
Do you own anything made in U.S.A.??
Can you name 5 products manufactured in America??
Why don't we make anything anymore??
Is it more important to keep people in other countries employed than it is to have Americans employed??
Does Capitalism work and is it greedy capitalists that take the jobs out of this country??
Is it the governments fault due to taxes and excessive regulations??
Have your dreams been fulfilled or have you changed your dreams to meet the times??
Do you trust Wall Street with your money or do you believe it is a fixed game??
Would your government do anything to intentionally harm you and your children??
Would they manufacture viruses and intentionally release them on an unaware public??
Would you like to live under a UN run world??
Does Carbon Dioxide affect your health??
Do you feel responsible for poverty the world over??
Does anyone or anything have a right to force you to work to help them pay their way??
Do you think your dollars have any actual value??
Do you think you own anything??
Do you think your free??
Do you do you think your FREE??

The Painful Truth

What have we come to. Government owns car companies government controls large banks insurance and mortgage companies. Government controls schools government controls transportation.



What do we control?? The vote yeah we get to vote between two people for president that each of the political parties puts forward. Vote for Frick or vote for Frack what is the difference.. I do not think many of us believe that there is much honor in either party. Both seek to control and maintain POWER for themselves even though they are elected to represent us. I believe the majority of politicians are more interested in their own careers than they are interested in any of us. Politicians repay favors to the extent that it seems like absolute corruption.



I know, we control the property we worked hard to acquire and no one can take that away from us. Are you sure???? You think you can stop the government from seizing your property from you GUESS AGAIN. There are many reasons for the government to take your possessions.



1. You fail to give the right portion of your earnings to the government.



2. Some corporate entity can show how they could produce jobs or revenue better than you could if only they were the ones controlling your land.



3. You give in to addiction and get caught with illegal drugs then everything you own is seized by the government.



4. You fail to repay a debt and the courts seize your property to be sold by the creditor.



5. The taxes on your home does not get paid in a timely manner.



We the people of the United States of America have been reduced to serfs. You maintain and cover the taxes on your property as long as the government says you can. You work to earn wages only to give a portion to our lords the government. The so called leaders use our garnishments to manipulate the system to allow themselves the ability to maintain power.





THE TRUTH;



The american government rules by fear and intimidation. Why do you pay your income tax?? Is it your duty?? No you pay because you are afraid of the IRS if you do not give up a portion of your earnings not only will they incarcerate you they WILL take any property you have aquired. "You can't fight city hall" that is not true you can fight you are just afraid too. You want to speak up but you are afraid of who might hear you. You want to protest but you are afraid of who might film you. If the Department of Homeland Security was established to protect us then why are they targeting us.



You are even afraid to discipline your children because you fear your local child protection services. Once a family gets in their system the family unit is controlled by the government.



Foster care is a profitable entity. The court systems are profitable entities. The prisons are profitable entities. All these bureaucracies are like a giant human meat grinder destroying lives and families.

Is enviromentalism the new religion

It is very confusing that the same people who disavow god and religion are the same people worshipping the earth. I am not trying to say that doing what we can to clean and maintain our planet is a bad thing. I think we should all be concious of the effects of our actions. The issue I am having is that the environmental issue is turning into not only a religion but a state sponsered one at that. If anyone dares to criticize the movement they are ostricized not only by the public but in many ways by government itself. Having earth day celebrations to me is the same as having a christmas easter or any other religious holiday EXCEPT that earth day propaganda is allowed in our schools in our offices of government and many other places that conventional religion dare not go. It is taught in our schools not only indoctrinating the children into the new religion but teaching them that it is their responsibility to inform authorities if they see violations of the religious code including informing on parents and family members. Earth and sun and moon religions are probably the first religions known to mankind.

My Truth

When I was young I thought adults were supposed to work hard to earn money to buy stuff. You would need to have a house and cars and boats,campers,motorcycles,clothes,watches,etc.

As I grew up and began acquiring things I noticed something quite peculiar. The more stuff you owned the more responsibilities you earned.

A car needs maintenance and repairs. It also needs insurance and gas. There are property taxes to consider as well as safety inspections and parking costs. All your property should be insured and of course you need to store it. Even an apartment has major costs to consider. Electric bills, gas bills,phone,cable,and several other indentures that you can accrue. Rent not having been mentioned for one.

So of course a source of income is required to maintain all these indemnities. Unless your family is wealthy enough to provide for you a job is going to be mandatory. Without a proper education or a great talent the pay scale is going to make it extremely difficult to keep up with the bills.

Of course no matter what pay scale you achieve the first entity to get paid is going to be your local, state, and federal government in the form of TAXES. Lets not forget every time you do spend your earnings you are going to have to cover your sales tax. Even your utilities such as gas phone elect. are going to be taxed. If you smoke tobacco or when you purchase alcohol or gasoline there will be taxes built right into the cost.

Another major cost and perhaps the most important is your sustenance (your Food). Three meals a day seven days a week plus snacks sodas coffee etc will be required.

Now lets consider another truth of life pertaining to your livelihood. When it gets hard to pay the bills or you want to own something you do not have the money for you will turn to the banks for help. They will most likely depending on your job status and income level provide you with credit. Of course you are promising to create enough wealth to maintain your life's responsibilities as well as repaying your debt. If your income is derived from hourly labor your promise requires you to work a portion of the week to accrue the monetary wealth to pay your debt. On top of the repayment of your debt you are going to have to give your bank a usury percentage for the privilege of using their money. It will not take you long to realize the more you borrow the higher the usury gets. If your debt gets out of control and you have difficulties making the monthly payments your friendly bank will charge you late fees and overdraw fees.

Finding purpose

Being told all my life that I always have an answer to everything. I found a career that provides pretty well by being able to answer quickly. I have spent fourteen years selling cars and trucks.


For as long as I have held employment I have never been happy taking orders from authority figures.I have also discovered that the answer to that was to be self sufficient. This means working on a straight commission basis with several car dealers. If you do not understand straight commission no sale no pay. I work when I want where I want and if I want.

The Quest

Where to begin. It is much easier to think of things to express than the actual action of expression.

I have studied extensively into all matters of subjects. I have mastered none.

The thing I have been searching for my whole life has always been eluding me. I only recently discovered the nature of this quest.

First I sought knowledge.

Then I met people who knew all sorts of things yet seemed to me the most moronic sort. They knew not how to apply it.

Secondly I sought wisdom for as surely this would be the ability to put knowledge to a productive use.

Then I met people who lived a delusional life of false priorities and lust for material gain.

Lastly I found something which has since being discovered occupied my obscessive search. I know fully I am on a quest for TRUTH.

beginning a blog

This morning I have decided to start a Blog. Not knowing much about this particular art form I am sure it will seem quite amateurish at first. I promise to hone my skills to provide content you would be willing to read. I hope to give you my personal insights into different aspects of our society.
